Rod Mont

Rod moved to Nanaimo in 1993, where he practices Wills and Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and Corporate and Commercial Law. He is a dedicated Rotarian and was the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Nanaimo Daybreak. He is an active musician that performs regularly in various musical productions in Nanaimo.

Sonya Parkin

Sonya was called to the Bar in South Africa in 1997; and called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2010. Sonya's practice includes Wills and Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, and Corporate and Commercial Law. She is also bilingual and can aid clients in Afrikaans. Sonya is an active musician and plays viola in the Nanaimo Chamber Orchestra.

Esther Robson

Esther Robson was called to the Bar in 2015; she now practices as a General Solicitor in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estate Planning. Esther is an avid runner and enjoys taking advantage of the many trails Vancouver Island has to offer.

Chris Murphy

Chris was called to the bar in 2016, and practices in the areas of Employment Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Wills and Estate Planning.

Abby Morrison

Abby was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2023, and the British Columbia Bar in 2024. Her practice includes Real Estate Law, Wills & Estate Planning, and Corporate and Commercial Law. She has spent the past 6 years working and studying in England, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws. Outside of the office, Abby enjoys trail running, hiking and golfing.

Laurie Crossan

Laurie practiced in the areas of Real Estate, Wills & Estate Planning, and Corporate & Commercial Law. She retired on December 31, 2021.

Mike Walker

Mike was a Captain in the Canadian Forces before starting his practice in Nanaimo in 1995. He is a proud Rotarian and member of the Vancouver Island University Foundation. Mike has travelled internationally as a badminton Umpire who has umpired at two Olympic Games. He has been assessing umpires for the Badminton World Federation since 2014. Mike practiced in the areas of Wills & Estate Planning, Corporate & Commercial Law and Real Estate Law. He retired on December 31, 2022.
