ROD MONT
Rod Mont's solicitor's practice includes Corporate & Commercial Law, Wills & Estate planning and real estate. Rod has taught several semesters of Commercial Law at Vancouver Island University. Rod works with many accountants in setting up corporations for professionals such as doctors and dentists as well as many other family businesses.
Rod Mont was a lawyer in Leduc, Alberta prior to moving to Nanaimo in 1993. He was Charter Secretary for the Rotary Club of Nisku-Leduc, Alberta and the Charter President for the Rotary Club of Nanaimo Daybreak. He continues to be active with the Rotary Club of Nanaimo Daybreak. daybreakrotary.ca
Rod enjoys playing saxophone and clarinet and has performed with numerous music ensembles and musical theatre productions in and around Nanaimo. He is currently playing soprano saxophone and tenor saxophone with the Island Time Saxophone Quartet and clarinet with the Nanaimo Concert Band.
